      Introduction

      On this book were going to be exploring the art and science of being lucky! Luck has nothing to do with mysticism and it's actually our subjective perception of people getting lucky, getting these opportunities seemingly drop into their laps like magic. Although there is true luck for example winning the lottery or just getting these amazing gifts from faith and nature; and who doesn't aspire to get them? However in this book were going to be tackling the more material or attainable aspects of luck to manifest in our lives.

      By recognizing these situations through a magnifying glass, allowing us to see it objectively, a lot of so-called lucky events we'll come to realize are nothing more than meeting the right people/person or being at the right place at the right time!

      Luck is opportunity meeting preparation

      If you are the luckiest person in the world and let's say you make tons of money in your business and for one reason or another viable business opportunities seem to find you, will you be rich automatically?

      A lot of people in privileged social circles, right connections etc. basing solely on who they are or their family friends or who they grew up with in childhood, get so many business opportunities left and right without any effort! Do these people automatically become successful? Not necessarily! That is because although opportunities exist, there is no preparation or skill to take advantage of those business opportunities that go his way!

      If you want to be good at picking up women or seduction, and these serendipitous events just keep on happening and somehow magically you end up talking to this girl and getting her number without effort, will this result to a lot of dates or translate into more sex and love? Again not necessarily.

      As a Pickup artist whose job is to go out and meet lots and lots of women? Just because you're knocking on more doors than the average dude, of course you are here bound to have better success! But if you didn't care of the conversion rates? Even if your game does not improve or is the same, even though you're getting more opportunities, your conversion rates won't really go up! Sure you get more results just because you have more opportunities, but because resources are finite? You only have a limited time, money and energy to be going out on dates? Those opportunities are being wasted!

      This is a case again of someone landing the opportunities but not fully maximizing the said opportunities.

      This is more apparent in other fields where there is definite limitation in resources such as business proposals and whatnot. Since we only have
