    Many women know what Perineal Massage is. Women often do this (or have it done to them) to lessen the physical trauma of pushing their babies out of their vagina. Perineal massage involves massaging the perineum (the area located between the anus and the vagina.) This practice is most often done during the final weeks of pregnancy. It protects against tears to the perineal during childbirth.

    This book however is about a different perineal related activity.

    Learning how to stimulate the female Perineal Sponge (or PS-Spot as it's often called) could provide an amazing treat for everybody involved. The PS-Spot can extend an orgasm, make orgasms happen quicker, make them more intense and/or create an orgasm on its own.

    Connected to the truly amazing clitoris is a network of nerves and blood vessels that branch into various clitoral structures. These include the spongy erectile bodies: the Clitoral Bulbs, the Urethral Sponge and the Perineal Sponge. The woman’s spongy erectile bodies aid intercourse by absorbing her blood like a sponge thus increasing their size and pushing on the vagina walls to make her vagina a tighter fit for the penis. (If one or more of a woman’s spongy erectile bodies aren’t working properly, it may be noticeable in intercourse as her vagina might not be as tight a fit as expected. This however is not thought to be a wide-spread problem.)

    The Perineal Sponge (PS-Spot) is found in the lower genital area of women. Via a wealth of nerves, it’s connected to the clitoris. It lies a little (½ to 1½ inches) beneath the perineum (the area between the vaginal and the anus.)

    Internally the shaft of the clitoral system divides into two 'legs' that curve downward and look somewhat like a wishbone. These are called crura, the Latin word for legs. You cannot see or feel these ‘legs’ but the perineal sponge is connected to the clitoral system largely by these. Mainly because of this connection the Urethral Sponge and the Perineal Sponge can provide sexual pleasure. (The urethral sponge (the U-spot) is discussed a bit more in depth later on and the author also has written a book on U-spot sexual pleasure.)

    Both males and females have a Perineal. In males it’s located where the penis starts (which is located above the scrotum and called the bulb of the penis) and the anus. In females, it's found between the vagina and anus, roughly 1.25 centimeters from the anus if you start your measurement from the vagina. (That
