I recommend it to anyone who want to improve their productivities! - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Hello, fellow ENFPs. I'm an ENFP. And I can assure you that this book can help us. ;) I found this book because I'm searching for productivity management system that works for us ENFPs and for a person like me who has symptoms of ADD/ADHD.
Us, ENFPs, are big picture thinkers who get easily bored on process and too much details. This book will help you as well to think of tasks, process, and details in a different way. I finished reading this book in less then 2 hours including the time spent in note-taking without checking social media, other sites, and my email. I only had a 5 minute break. Basically, I stayed away from any distractions while reading this book. And you can definitely do it, too, my fellow ENFPs.
P.S.
I didn't read it in a linear manner. I started with Attention Span Management since it is what peaked my initial interest. :) And you might want to do that as well, so you can have a dopamine boost after reading that section. ;) - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great book! I am at the beginning of my transformation, I am a 23-year-old male who has struggled a lot with procrastination since I finished my college degree and I got a feeling that starting with this book I'll finally stop it and feel more proud of myself! Thank you

Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. You shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.
