About this ebook

We have witnessed Donald Trump's support grow to unheard of levels. For an outsider candidate to do what this man has done is beyond amazing; it is truly spectacular.
Each day brings new revelations about the state of our country and the world. We live in dangerous times, growing more so every day. While other politicians are afraid to talk about the issues, Donald Trump is not afraid to bring them out into the open. He speaks his mind, not always politically correct, but correct nonetheless. That is what Trump supporters love most about him. He tells us the truth, as bad as it can be sometimes, but the truth is what we need to hear after so many years of ambiguity.
"The People's Choice" tells the story of a remarkable man who has fought a fierce battle to the top and has remained there for months. Donald Trump has had to fight the political machine and the status quo, but he has made it this far and will continue to fight for America. Donald Trump will never stop because he believes in all of us. He loves our country more than himself and he proves it every day. He lives an amazing life, full of love, hope, and riches and he wants the same for all of us.
We begin this journey with the South Carolina debate, which followed the Iowa and New Hampshire primaries. Senator Ted Cruz won Iowa, while Donald Trump won New Hampshire. We follow their progress as they battle it out, each trying to be the last man standing.
The delegate count begins and one candidate must reach 1237 in order to be named the GOP nominee. It is a long and exciting road, and as an American, I would like to thank all 17 candidates who fought a good fight. They are amazing individuals, they worked tirelessly, but only one can move to the finish line.
The final chapter of this book travels beyond the United States, as World Leaders weigh in on the American election. A great deal of them support the Democrat challenger, Hillary Clinton and by the time you finish reading this book, you will understand why they support her and why it is so important that we defeat her at any costs. We will explore what Hillary Clinton has in store for our nation should she become the next President and I promise you, it will not be pleasant for any of us.
This book, "Donald Trump: The People's Choice" is dedicated to all the patriots who fought for and voted for our 2016 GOP Presidential candidate, Donald Trump. It is their love for America that drove so many to participate in this election.
Future generations will one day thank us for everything we worked for and how hard we fought. It is because of them, our children and grand-children, that we did this together, to elect a man whose only desire is make a better life for everyone.
This is THE election of our lifetime, more important than any before and I am tremendously proud to have been a part of it, to have written these books, and to be leaving them for future political junkies to enjoy.
"Donald Trump: An American Love-Fest" my first political book turned out to be an easy book to write and a fun-filled book to read. It chronicles Donald Trump supporters, who they are, and what they are feeling about the untested candidate who stole the hearts of so many. It was great to get to know each and every one of his supporters and they loved telling the world why they are willing to take a chance on the billionaire businessman turned politician. They are amazing people and I thank them all for their participation, because without them we would not be where we are today.
Please enjoy the book and know that this has been the most significant journey of our lives.

    DEDICATION

I dedicate this book, The People’s Choice to my Trump Buddy and favorite uncle, Larry Atchley. Together we have spent dozens of hours standing in line, waiting to see Donald Trump.

We have been to every Georgia Rally together and we were always at the front of the line. We met Mr. Trump and got autographs every time and we had loads of fun doing it. Larry, you are my best friend and I couldn’t love you any more than I already do.

Thank you for taking me to the rallies and always being there for me. Thank you Aunt Sharon for indulging us and allowing me to monopolize so much of Larry’s time and for allowing us to be loyal Trumpers.

    I love you both. Kim

Donald Trump: An American Love-Fest was my first political book and it turned out to be an easy book to write and fun-filled book to read. It chronicles Donald Trump supporters, who they are, and what they were feeling about the untested candidate who stole the hearts of so many.

It was great to get to know each and every one of them and they loved telling the world exactly why they are willing to take a chance on the billionaire business man turned politician. They are amazing people and I thank them all for their participation, because without them we would not be where we are today.

It was published just after the first two primaries and since then we have witnessed Trump's support grow to unseen levels. For an outsider to do what this man has done is beyond amazing; it is truly spectacular.

The delegate count begins and one candidate must reach 1237 in order to be named the GOP nominee. It is a long and exciting road, and as an American, I would like to thank all 17 candidates who fought a good fight. It is because of Americans like them that we live in a free country, one that we can all be proud of.

The final chapter of this book travels beyond the United States as World Leaders weigh in on the American election. A great deal of them support the Democrat challenger, Hillary Clinton and by the time you finish reading this, you will understand why they do and why it is so important that we defeat her at all costs as we explore what she has in store for our nation.

    CHAPTER ONE: THE TRUMP PHENOMENON

    THE DEATH OF A PATRIOT

February 13, 2016 is expected to be an exciting day for Republicans, as the much anticipated ninth debate hosted by CBS is scheduled to take place in Greenville, South Carolina. The remaining six Republican candidates are Businessman Donald Trump, Texas Senator Ted Cruz, Florida Senator Marco Rubio, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, retired Neurosurgeon Ben Carson and Ohio Governor John Kasich. They will all battle it out in a do or die event, moderated by John Dickerson, which leads into the much anticipated South Carolina Primary on Saturday, February 20.

The South Carolina primary is the first-in-the-south election which gives a voice to Southern states in the presidential nomination process. South Carolina often helps to significantly narrow the field of candidates and follows the contests in Iowa and New Hampshire.

Historically, this primary election has been much more important in the Republican Party's nomination process than the Democrats, being considered a firewall that could eliminate any or all serious rivals to the front-runner of the party. This primary is meant to force the party to decide quickly on and unite behind a single candidate in order to avoid wasting precious time and resources on a drawn-out battle for the party nomination. This quick elimination process and unification behind a single candidate would then allow the party to concentrate their efforts and resources on defeating the Democrat nominee.

Donald Trump has dominated the polls for the two weeks following his win in New Hampshire and is expected to take the state, however, the race has tightened somewhat in the last 24 hours, especially in the battle for the 2nd and 3rd place spots.

Vying for those spots are Cruz, Rubio, Bush, and Kasich, and whichever candidates don't pull out a 2nd or 3rd place win, will likely drop out.

This debate is expected to be a brutal one, as it will be the last chance for the candidates to make their cases publicly on a national stage before the South Carolina primary and Nevada caucuses.

The nation and the candidates prepare for the debate, but just a few hours before they are to take their place at the podiums, we are struck with devastating news; news that rocked us all and over-shadowed the excitement of the upcoming debate.

The day brought to America the tragic and untimely death of one of our greatest conservative Supreme Court Justices. Justice Antonin Scalia, 79, passed away in Texas from apparent natural causes.

As details of Scalia's sudden death began to trickle in, the nation was shocked and deeply saddened by its implications. News in America travels fast and conspiracy theorists didn't hesitate to place their spin on the events that may have contributed to his death, however, what really happened was quite simple.

Justice Scalia was on holiday at the Cibolo Creek Ranch, a luxury compound less than an hour from the Mexican border and about 40 miles south of Marfa. When Scalia failed to appear for breakfast that Saturday morning, the owner of the ranch became worried and went in search of him. He discovered the man known for his elegant legal opinions and profound intellect dead in his room.

Showing no apparent signs of foul play, Justice Scalia was pronounced dead at the scene that fateful morning. Scalia's physician in Washington informed police investigating the death that Scalia suffered from a host of chronic conditions.

Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara pronounced Scalia dead without examining his body, which is permissible in Texas, then immediately determined that an autopsy was not needed in order for her to issue her comments.

Ms. Guevara was quoted later in the day on a Dallas TV station saying that Scalia had died of myocardial infarction.

Ms. Guevara took a lot of heat for making that declaration when we all knew that she was never on the scene and was merely going by what the police officers relayed to her. In an subsequent interview with The Washington Post, she began to walk back that declaration by stating that, It wasn't a heart attack, Guevara said. He died of natural causes.

The lack of an autopsy was concerning to some, but the manager of the El Paso funeral home where Scalia's body was taken said that his family made it clear they did not want one.

One official who was called but couldn't get to Scalia's body in time said that she would have made a different decision on the autopsy.

If it had been me, I would want to know, Juanita Bishop, a justice of the peace in Presidio, Texas, said in an interview on Sunday.

According to the U.S. Marshals Service, which provides security for Supreme Court justices, Scalia had declined a security detail while at the ranch, so in fact there were no marshals present when he died.

One thing was clear: Scalia died doing what he loved, relaxing at a luxury resort, one famous for bird hunts and even bigger game such as bison and mountain lions.

Other than being with his family or in church, there's no place he'd rather be than on a hunt, said Houston lawyer Mark Lanier, who took Scalia hunting for wild boar, deer and even alligators.

On Saturday evening, Justice Scalia's body was placed in a hearse, then escorted by a procession of law enforcement officers to the Sunset Funeral Home in El Paso, Texas, located about 3 1/2 hours from the ranch where Scalia died.

About 3:30 a.m. on Sunday morning, Scalia's body was then prepared and was expected to be transported to Washington on Monday. 1

As the nation was coming to grips with the loss of such a fine man, Washington was merely concerned with how his demise would affect politics and the law.

In recent years, the Supreme Court has been divided between conservatives and liberals with a 5-4 split and with a number of key cases coming before the Court, the split was extremely important for their resolution. These cases could be defining issues for our country and our freedoms and range from abortion, affirmative action, labor union power, voting rights, the President's power over immigration, energy policy, to possibly even gun ownership and our ability to protect our families.

With the absence of Scalia, many of those cases would now be expected to divide 4-4, which would perhaps lead the Court to dismiss the cases, citing a divided court. A dismissal at this level would allow lower court opinions to stand, as if the cases had never been heard by the Supreme Court at all. The ideal scenario would be that these all important cases could perhaps be delayed, until such time as Scalia's vacancy can be filled, which would again give the court a 5-4 split.

The big question now is who will make this appointment, President Barack Obama or the new president.

Before Scalia's death, the Republicans enjoyed a solid standing within the Supreme Court. The court was previously made up of a 5-4 majority favoring the Republicans and Conservative America, but now the bench is in a dead-lock with an equal 4-4 split of conservatives and liberals.

The court is currently made up of conservative justices Clarence Thomas, Justice Samuel A. Alito, Chief Justice John G. Roberts, and Justice Anthony M. Kennedy. Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan (appointed by Democratic presidents) comprise the Court's liberal wing.

President Barack Obama is likely to choose an individual to replace Justice Scalia who will conform to the liberal left, thus changing the leanings of the Court.

The Republican party leadership consisting of Mitch McConnell in the Senate and Paul Ryan in the House have stated that they will not vote on any nominee President Obama puts forth, but as we have seen in the past, these two men can't be trusted to keep their word. Already we are hearing that members of both Chambers are open to hearing from Obama's nominee and they are showing signs of caving to a lame duck President. In my opinion and the opinion of many, Obama will eventually get his pick and life as we know it in America will change forever.

I can't say that anyone I know believes McConnell or Ryan have the backs of Americans, instead they are, and have been, pushing the Obama agenda, while spewing rhetoric that they are fighting him. Behind the scenes however, there never is a fight, only capitulation to a President who obviously only cares about pushing forth his agenda to fundamentally transform America by giving away our freedom and our sovereignty. For most Americans, their country will become unrecognizable, as the implications and long term affects of Scalia's untimely death could have devastating consequences for the Constitution and the American People.

With the death of Scalia, Americans are in serious danger of losing their Second Amendment right to bear arms. If Obama appoints and gets a confirmation on the judge of his choice, then those freedoms we have come to enjoy are seriously in jeopardy. Trump knows this to be true and asks Congress to delay, delay, delay so the next president can be the one to make this choice.

Vice President Joe Biden declared in a 1992 speech that it was not fair to allow a lame-duck president to make such an important decision. These words have recently come to light again and may backfire on the Democrat Party's ability to name the nominee.

In spite of Scalia's death, the CBS Debate will proceed as planned and begins with a moment of silence for Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, the longest serving justice on the court. Rest in Peace to a truly amazing conservative justice.

The moderator opens with a question to Donald Trump, Should Obama be allowed to nominate a Justice in an election year?

    Trump's answer is
