I must make it perfectly clear from the beginning: I love my country, the United States of America. I’m no commie pig. I believe that a truly democratic society is the only way to live; I only wish we had a system that’s even close to democracy. That’s what this story, FAIR: First American Internet Revolution, is all about. We don’t need a modern world shutdown, like in the story, but we do need to organize millions of 99ers to be involved in our country’s politics.

FAIRism with DIDVOTE is a new political power to hold our democratically elected politicians accountable to the 99ers, unlike how it is today where the top one percent of the wealthiest are buying our politicians. Believe me, conspiracies do exist. Remember while you read, I’m a proud American, resolute in my belief about how a FAIRist American society and government can be controlled by the 99ers.

Enjoy this fiction with the understanding that FAIRism could and should be America’s reality. But we must care enough to get involved at DIDVOTE.org and have our USA under the 99ers’ control, for the first time.

INTRODUCTION

This story will change your life. It will change everything about how you view the news media, our elected politicians, the generals, and the TWOP—our top wealthiest one percent. This is a story of conspiracy. Now, don’t shut me off yet. Give what I have to say a chance.

Would you believe me if I showed you how the TWOP designed, created, and executed the epic Great Recession of 2008 on purpose? The TWOP knew the exact results of selling trillions of dollars’ worth of worthless mortgage-backed securities. After the house of cards collapsed, the TWOP’s net worth increased more than one hundred percent, while the 99ers lost equal amounts. It was the largest redistribution of wealth in world history—and they did it on purpose. The TWOP don’t take chances, and they never lose.

In the 1990s, America’s middle class was prospering. Labor was unionizing the workers, investments were booming, and the 401k was king, enabling more middle class workers to enjoy early retirement.

The TWOP’s corporate leaders were not happy with a content, secure labor pool. Flash forward twenty years: Corporations delight in the new economic situation, millions of 99ers financially troubled, frantic to find work, and worried about debts. Again, all of this was caused on purpose to damage the unions and destroy the middle class. Mission accomplished; back to conspiracy.

The TWOP control over the Supreme Court explains the decision in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, so now the TWOP can invest their wealth as they want, legally purchasing the absolute loyalty of our politicians.

It is what FAIR is all about: the First American Internet Revolution.

CHAPTER I

Senator Ernest Flanders’s home, Palo Alto, California; February 2, 2022, 2:22 a.m. PDT

What the hell’s that racket? he yells, awakening from a deep sleep. Abrupt, unanticipated loud noises pierce the night’s silence in the home office of Ernest J. Flanders, Independent senator from California, sharply startling him. Sitting up in his recliner chair, still disoriented, fumbling to find his glasses, slowly gaining enough consciousness to understand, the racket is because both of his computers are printing simultaneously.

Senator Flanders reads the printouts, thinking, This is strange. Both printouts contain the exact same cyber-threat message about a modern world shutdown, with the double-meaning and eye-catching title, FAIR: First American Internet Revolution.

How the hell can this be happening? How? He knows that one printer connects to a computer on the Internet he uses daily, but the other interfaces with a sophisticated, government-owned system on a secure line designed by the National Security Agency for official U.S. Senate business only.

The message on both sets of the three-page printouts is exactly the same: threatening a modern world shutdown, a collapse of the world’s communications systems and electric power grid. But that will happen only if a list of twelve demands of the U.S. Congress doesn’t get negotiated, voted on, and passed in the U.S. Senate by May 2, 2022.

Senator Flanders bellows, Oh right—ninety days to accomplish the near impossible. These demands do make a lot of sense, but a shutdown…

The group responsible for the message is WPUSA, We the People of the United States of America. They describe telecommunications around the world grinding to a complete halt when the electric power grid ceases to operate. Airplanes will be grounded; the Air Traffic Control systems will lock down. Vehicles newer than ten years will function only intermittently. Anyone who doubts this need only observe the group’s capabilities regarding the printout, appearing on eighty percent of the printers in the United States. Not easy to do, to say the least.

Anticipating public skepticism, the authors of this First FAIR Message explain: We don’t expect you to believe we have the power to conduct a modern world shutdown by only hacking into your printers. We have an event planned to prove that we have the technology to accomplish what we threaten to do. At 12:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time today, 2/2/22, the entire U.S. electric power grid will shut down for ninety-nine seconds, dedicated to the 99ers, those in the ninety-nine percent of the USA who are not in the top one percent. Your emergency generators will prevent anyone from being harmed. But get ready to reset everything and pass these twelve demands.

Senator Flanders is unsure; maybe someone’s playing games. He talks to himself as he reads. These demands are a Christmas wish list of the Democratic Party, leftish-wing. I’ve worked with them in the past.

Reading on, he smiles broadly. For his entire life, consistently, unsuccessfully, he has pushed all these ideas. Again, thinking aloud: "The first demand requires the repeal of the U.S. Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision, which allows unlimited money and legalized bribery in America’s politics."

Flanders, a registered Independent his entire political career, has always been funded by contributions of less than $2,700, so this first demand feels grand! He reads and agrees. The demands are exactly what the 99ers need:

1) one hundred percent public financing of all federal elections

2) limits of two terms for all federal elected positions

3) outlaw lobbying of the U.S. Congress

4) end the drug war

5) balance federal budgets again, and return federal income taxes to pre-Ronald Reagan levels

6) provide single-payer Medicare for everyone

7) replace congressional district gerrymandering with computer-generated squares, triangles, and rectangles

8) raise the minimum wage to a living wage

9) tuition-free public college for all who qualify

10) forgive federal student loan debts

11) wean America off of fossil fuel addiction to combat global warming

12) use FAIRism’s political tools, at DIDVOTE.org, to help save the fractured American political power structure

The DID of DIDVOTE means direct Internet democracy: widespread Internet use to hold politicians accountable to the ninety-nine percenters, 99ers, unlike today where a majority of politicians abide only by orders from the TWOP’s lobbyists who control Congress.

Senator Flanders, giddy at this point, comes to the final paragraph, which injects the fear of God into his soul: The official point-man for these demands in Congress must be the most honest person we know, Independent senator from California, friend of ninety-niners everywhere, Ernest J. Flanders.

The air on the room becomes still. The Senator gasps, collapsing back into his chair. In the quiet of the moment he imagines what it would be like to get these demands passed on the Senate floor; impossible and unachievable pop into mind. Unworkable, without solution, not viable, unattainable, not possible, but those are the same as impossible. If he thought the other congressional representatives wouldn’t work with him in the past, he hasn’t seen anything yet!

Nevertheless, he feels this moment might be that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to make a difference, to do something to help the 99ers, especially in this final year of his second and last term as a senator. Throughout his career, he has lived by a self-imposed two-term limit, in every elected position.

Could this threat of a modern world shutdown force the senators to negotiate? He wonders. What if these massive political improvements are debated and negotiated in front of the world? All displayed for our entire country to witness? With the information logically presented to American 99ers in televised U.S. Senate deliberations, with constant reruns in a video loop on C-SPAN.

Senator Flanders has plenty of experience, treating his political battles as preparatory lessons; he has repeatedly seen corruption perpetrated by the TWOP. He understands the TWOP’s lobbyists. With money and favors, the lobbyists buy the allegiance of enough Congress members to pass only laws that favor the TWOP.

Income and wealth inequality in America invokes revulsion in both himself and the 99ers, and it must change!

Flanders says aloud, The wealthiest control our politics and can do anything they want; how can we ever stop them? He thinks why three hundred million American 99ers cannot defeat the one hundred top wealthiest individuals; can we save the American form of democracy from the TWOP’s greed?

Flanders knows that in 2010, the top 388 billionaires in the world had as much wealth as the poorest one-half of the world’s population. In 2015, only the top 62 billionaires needed to match the poorest half, which would be 3.6 billion people. The top 1% wealthiest in the world has more net worth than 7 billion 99ers in the rest of the world! Global TWOP have more than $8.6 trillion hidden, stashed in tax havens.

We must fight inequality; force them to pay their fair share of taxes, he thinks. The TWOP are determined to get and keep their wealth at the expense of the 99ers. When do America’s 99ers stand up and act together? Maybe with the threat of a modern world shutdown hanging over our heads, maybe with a twenty-first-century social communications explosion. Maybe when a large majority of 99ers uses FAIRism’s political tools we will organize pressure on our corrupt politicians, in real time, online.
