Do you almost every day look at the things you have planned out or things that must be done that particular day and feel like your mind will blow out? You have house chores, there are bills to be cleared, that project waiting on your desk at work to be finished and submitted and when you estimate the time you have for the day you feel like you would need double that to have everything done?
