I hope that you have come here to find our a bit about me because you like one of my books. Lovely to meet you.I have been a therapist for over 10 years, and in that time I have worked with a wide range of people. Lovely people, who just needed a prod in the right direction so they could get their lives looking more the way they imagined them. I hope that the books I write will help you to do the same. I sincerely hope that the books I have written, and am writing, will help you to do the same thing. Most of us are working on auto pilot, but creating a life you love is all about getting aware and making change. The key to change though is that it be simple and achievable. I like to think that my little books will make it that way for you.I came to therapy as I was a poorly puss myself. I had glandular fever as a teenager, and then had continue feeling rough as a dog with what was then known as post-viral syndrome - now called ME/CFS. With conventional medicine unable to help me, I was forced to look for alternatives, as I didn't want to stay so sick and tired of being sick and tired. My journey took a long time, a lot of research, a lot of experimenting to see what worked for me and what didn't, what was phooey and flakey, and what actually worked. The results I got encouraged me to train to help others to get the same results that I did. I started with physical modalities, but quickly learned that in order to affect real, and lasting change for my clients I needed to be able to help with the emotional and mental aspects of their issues. So I trained, and I trained! Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming, Life Coaching and more. Now my clients got to come and see one person, saving them money and time - as well as not having to go over the same things over and over again, ingraining them ever deeper into their psyche. Over the years I have seen some incredible transformations, as people become happier, healthier and more themselves. These changes are such a blessing to even be the tiniest part of, and I am grateful to every one of them over the years for the privilege of being a part of their journey.
