1. Thc n 1: BT THT LN Nguyn liu: . Bt go: 10g . Tht ln nc: 10g (1 tha c ph) . Du n ( m): 5g (1 tha c ph) . L rau xanh: 1 tha c ph . Nc l: 1/2 bt nh Cch ch bin:

Tht ln, rau xanh xay nhuyn, cho bt go v tht ln nc xay nhuyn vo khuy vi nc lnh cho tan u ri bc ln bp, khuy u cho n khi bt v tht gn chn th cho rau xanh vo khuy u n chn tt bp. Cho bt ra bt, thm mt tha c ph du n trn u. 2. Thc n 2: BT GAN - RAU DN Nguyn liu:

Bt go: 20g (4 mung canh gt) Rau dn: 30g (3 mung canh) Gan heo, g: 30g (2 mung canh) Du: 10g (2 mung c ph) Nc: 200ml (lng 1 chn nc)

Cch lm:

Rau dn ct tht nh hoc bm nhuyn. Bt go ha tan trong t nc. Sau cho ht phn nc cn li nu chn gan heo hoc g nghin nt. Gan chn, rau vo nu si ln, cho bt ha tan vo khuy chn, cho bt ra chn thm 2 mung c ph du trn u, nm nc mm hoc mui iod, nm nht.

3. Thc n 3: BT C LC - RAU DN Nguyn liu: Bt go 4 mung canh vun (40g) Rau dn bm nhuyn 1 mung canh vun (10g) C lc ly nc bm nhuyn 1 mung canh vun (20g) Du n 1 mung canh y (5g) Nc 1 chn y (250ml) Ch bin: Cho c lc bm nhuyn v bt go vo nc, khuy tan, bc ln bp nu si. Bt si, cho rau dn v du n vo. Khuy u cho bt chn. Nhc xung va m v cho b n. 4. Thc n 4: BT C THU , RAU MUNG

Nguyn liu: Bt go 4 mung canh vun (40g) Rau mung ct nhuyn 1 mung canh vun (10g) C lc nc bm nhuyn 1 mung canh vun (20g) Du n 1 mung canh y (5g) Nc 1 chn y (250ml) Ch bin: Cho c bm nhuyn v bt go vo nc, khuy tan, bc ln bp nu si. Bt si, cho rau v du n vo. Khuy u cho bt chn. Nhc xung va m v cho b n.

5. Thc n 5: BT TM RAU CI NGT Nguyn liu:


Bt go: 20g (4 mung canh gt) Tm bc v: 30g (2 mung canh) L ci ngt: 30g (3 mung canh) Du n: 10g (2 mung c ph) Nc: 200ml (lng 1 chn) Nc mm hoc mui iod.

Cch lm:

L ci ngt: ra sch, ct nh hoc bm nhuyn. Tm: ra sch, lt v, bm nhuyn nh tan vi mt t nc. Bt go ha tan vi mt t nc. Bc phn nc cn li ln bp cho tm vo nu cho si, thm rau dn nu cho chn. Cho bt vo t t khuy chn, nm cht nc mm, cho ra chn, thm 2 mung c ph du n.

6. Thc n 6: BT THT B - C CHUA (Mt chn cho 207 calo) Nguyn liu:

Bt go 20g (4 mung canh gt) Tht b nc 30g (2 mung canh) C chua 30g (1/2 tri nh) Du n 10g (2 mung c ph) Nc 200ml (lng 1 chn) Nc mm hoc mui it.

Cch lm:

Tht b: bm nhuyn, tn u vi cht nc. C chua: b ht bm nhuyn Bt: ha tan vi t nc Nu chn tht vi phn nc cn li, cho c chua, bt, nm t nc mm, khuy cho chn bt. Cho bt ra chn, thm 2 mung c ph du n trn u. Nm nht.

7. Thc n 7: BT TRNG - RAU DN

Nguyn liu:

Bt go 20g (4 mung canh gt) Trng 30g (1 lng ht g) Rau dn 30g (3 mung canh) Du n 2,5g (1/2 mung c ph du n) Nc 200ml (lng 1 chn) Nc mm hoc mui it.

Cch lm:

Rau dn: ra sch, ct nh, bm nhuyn. Trng g: nh u lng . Bt go: ha vi t nc cho tan. Cho phn nc cn li nu si vi rau dn khong 5 pht cho chn. Cho bt v trng vo khuy u, cho ra chn thm 1/2 mung c ph du n. Nm nht.
