Try this: 1. Click start. Type 'cmd', right click and 'run as administrator. 2.

Type 'DISKPART' (everything I say to type, do without quotres and press enter after it), now type 'list disk'. 3. A list will appear, and you shouls be able to find out which is the SD card by its size in the table. If it's disk 3 for example, type 'select disk 3', or change the number if its different. 4. Type 'clean', and don't worry if a weird message appears. 5. Type 'create partition primary'.

This should make it useable again. Close command, take out the sd card, put it in again and try to format. Source(s): Done it loads with corrupted USBs
