This appeal is raised against Traton Corp.; Traton Homes, LLC; Flammer Relations, LLC; and mRELEVANCE, LLC. Issues we propose to raise revolve around jurisdiction: 1. The district court was in error when ruling that no contract was formed via the browse-wrap agreement due to lack of consideration; specifically that information a party receives from a web site, access to that information, or both are not valid consideration. 2. The district court was in error when ruling that none of Traton News' claims are related to the browse-wrap agreement.
