INTRODUCTION
Over the past years, the researchers have witnessed an ongoing information revolution brought by the Internet. We have learned to harness the Internet for more efficient communication and ubiquitous information. These benefits have enabled us to bring many aspects of our lives online. The researchers have decided to apply the benefits of the internet in our local business establishments. This is to improve the quality of their services towards their clients and customers. One of these establishments is the Gazebo Pools and Restaurant.
Though their management is almost perfect, the researchers have found something is lacking in their establishment especially in the reservation system. The clients and customers may find it a bit hassle. The customers might get hassled from being handed over with a rent form for the payment of the rooms and facilities that are to be rented. We have also found that we can improve that system by making it online. Online reservation system provides more hassle-free transactions and saves a lot of time and effort. And the best part is, the customers can have their reservations wherever they may be.
The research covers the solution for long and slow processing of transaction for reservation or rental service. Chance of misplacement of records by the clients due to obsolete data storage might be encountered in manual system and an error made sometimes in accommodation of two different transactions for a similar service are taken into account in the study.
By having this reservation online in the internet, an efficient and faster processing of transactions would be instilled. An advantage which could affect positively thus, leading to fast gain of income for Gazebo Pools and Restaurant.
The customers or clients might get hassled and would waste more time and effort.
Payments will not take place online, it must be in person. Accounts that are not settled within the suggested days, the reservation will become invalid. The customer can view the availability of a facility or service they want to reserve. The reservation details are to be stored in a database.
