The controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered against the
Revenue by the judgment of this Court dt. 19.3.2008 passed in Central Excise Appeal No. 6
of 2005 M/s. Arora Products Vs. Addl. Commissioner Central Excise. In that view of the
matter, for the same reasons this appeal is also dismissed summarily.
