    Learned counsel for the petitioner (revenue) submits that the controversy
    involved in this case is squarely covered by a decision of this Court in STR No.80/2008
    (CTO Vs. Aman Timbers ) and the revision petitioner of the revenue has been dismissed by
    this Court holding therein that the sale of fire wood in question was rightly held to be
    exempted from tax.
    This revision petition is also accordingly dismissed in the same terms.
