An Earthquake is a sudden, rapid shaking of the earth.

The minor shaking before the major earthquake

The minor earthquake after the major earthquake due to the settlement of the earth strata.

Destruction of Human life. Destruction of Heritage. Destruction of multistoried buildings. Destruction of Dams and Bridges. Worst effect on communication system. Damage Roads and Railway lines. Huge waves in sea (TSUNAMI).
