They dont have enough knowledge to use Microsoft Office. They know How to open or save a file in word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

To explain how it is important and how they can use it in the right way. Microsoft Office the most widely used program of its type.

I hope the students will gain better understanding of Microsoft Office. To build on the basic knowledge that students have in an enjoyable way. To add two new skills to each Microsoft application.
