Conducted progress monitoring using AIMS web (reading curriculum based assessment). Tested students individually, scored tests and entered data into the system. Facilitating small group instruction for PSSA preparation. Working with students on Better Test Scores booklets and making accommodations based on individual students needs. Joined classrooms to work alongside the teacher to aid students who needed extra support with Math. Collaborated with second and third grade teachers in a response to intervention program called Cougar Crossing. Lead a group of ten students through the material for thirty minutes twice a day.
