A school administrator promotes the success of all students by facilitating the development, articulation, implementation, and stewardship of a vision of learning that is shared and supported by the school community. Personal Statement: The collaboration and support of all stakeholders, at the direction of the school administrator, to create and implement a shared vision of learning allows for schools to ensure the success of all students. I must advocate for all stakeholders, especially the students, staff, and families; and instill communication and collective goals for the growth of our school. Standard Artifact Function Reflection Commencing the Education Leadership program with EA 740 allowed me to learn how to reframe situations in a more effective manner while acting in a leadership role. I was given the opportunity to reflect on my values, abilities and thoughts as a leader and future administrator in the field of education. The first of three articles for the Moodle forums offered ten ethical principles for principals to follow in relation to the six realms of meaning. This assignment allowed for me to learn about utilizing a decision making process and incorporating core values and beliefs into the decisions made as an educational leader. While reflecting on the article, I realized that although the decision making process is complex and time consuming it will get easier and quicker as my experience grows. Source (Course)

The final article for the Moodle Forum summarized research conducted to Moodle understand the role of principals in the Forum 3: school setting and offer guidance for The Roles being an effective leader of a school. That This article gave me an insight to the Principals leadership trends in various educational Play systems and also research based suggestions for how I can be an effective principal. This summative assignment allowed me to utilize my understanding of multi-frame thinking according to Reframing Organizations by Bolman Four Frames and Deal (2009). I was given the Analysis opportunity to use what I have learned and apply it to my current school and think about being a leader and what I envision as a highly effective school. Reading, reflecting and discussing this book gave me a better understanding of Moodle: how important it is to have a strong Chapter vision and connect this vision to your reading,The organizational actions. Aligning all Advantage aspects of your organization ensures successful obtainment and retention of people fit for the organization. Reading, reflecting and discussing this Moodle: article reiterated the importance of Job ensuring a school provides job Embedded embedded professional development to Professional further develop teachers and enrich the Development learning environment for students. Creating a personal credo forced me to thinking deeply about what principles guide my actions within my classroom.
