4.Quy m sn xut

Theo , tt c cc cht thi ca cng ty t cc nh xng sn xut u c phn loi ti ch: Cht thi nha c bn cho cc c s sn xut, ti ch nha, cht thi cng nghip sau khi gn li phn c ch s c a vo h thng x l tin tin bng phng php vi sinh v lng lc

Hnh 10:H thng x l nc thi ca nh my Ajinomoto ti TP-Bin Ha (ng Nai)

H thng x l nc thi hin i bng cng ngh x l sinh hc BDN, c qun l theo tiu chun ISO 14001:2004. H thng c bn trm x l nc thi ring bit, cng sut t 3.400m3/ngy. Mc d lut mi trng quy nh hm lng BOD nc thi qua x l ca nh my Ajinomo l 200 ppm, Ajinomoto lun gi BOD di 10 ppm theo ch trng ca mnh l tc hi pht sinh phi bng khng, v l mc tiu phi t ca mi nh my Ajinomoto.
