Remedy Installation and Usage

1. Installation Path: \\dept01nas\Apps\apps\win32\RemedyClient\Remedy 7.xClient Preferred server: pappservicedesk 2. After installing from above path start the remedy system. After putting the User name, accounts button will be enabled

Add preferred Server Name and press OK

3. Login with windows domain user/password

4. Use following link to open Incident Management Console

5. All assigned incident will be shown here.

6. Open the incident by double click and respond and mark the issue in- progress and put the notes in Resolution Tab. Fill in the Resolution product Catagorization appropriately.

7. Once the issue is resolved, mark the issue Resolved

8. Fill in all possible information on Resolution tab, this will be used for reporting.
