Description of the Project: The project is for the repair of the damaged distribution lines of First Laguna Electric Cooperative, Inc. wrought by Typhoon Basyang on July 13, 2010 and the restoration of power within the affected area. B. Justification of the Project The damaged distribution lines should be restored the soonest time possible in order to lessen the impact of the typhoon to the business establishments in the affected area as well as to ease the inconvenience of residential consumers due to absence of electric service. It is likewise expected that the repair of the distribution lines will improve the systems reliability considering that the existing old lines were already dilapidated and needs to be repaired even before the typhoon struck our area. C. Estimated Project Cost The project has an estimated cost of Three Million Two Hundred Seventy Five Thousand and Seven Pesos and Eighty Six Centavos(P3,275,007.86). Project Financing Plan This project will be financed through the members contribution for capital expenditures.
