Tip 1 - Changing Days on your iPad Calendar

There's no way to swipe to change between days in the Calendar app, but don't forget the navigation bar along the bottom of the screen - this can be used to switch to different days

Tracking postal items, searching for a postcode, locating a post office and paying a bill are all possible anywhere, anytime with today's launch of Australia Post's new iPhone and iPad Application.
Tip 2 - Finding Text on a Safari Page
You can search for a particular word on an open page in Safari. Type your word into the Google search box. You'll see a list of suggestions appear, and near the bottom you'll see "On This Page", showing how many times that word appears on the page. Tap the Find option to go to the first instance of the word.

iPhone / iPad Repairs

CKR Technologies Will repair all brands of mobile phone, tablet and laptop equipment. The current price for the iPhone 5 screen repairs is $199 and the Samsung Galaxy S3 is $235, but these prices are changing (mainly dropping) all the time. iPhone 4 and 4s screen repairs are $82.50, while the iPhone 3G is $49.50. iPad 2 & 3 tablet screen repairs are $99.00.
Tip 3 - Quick Fixes for when Apps won't Open
Heres a problem that all iPad users have experienced at one time or another: you open an app and it closes right away and returns you to the home screen. Sometimes its just a fluke and the app opens properly when you try again, but sometimes the app just quits right away each time you try. Luckily, there are several relatively easy potential fixes for this issue. Here they are, starting with the easiest and fastest method and going from there: Restart the iPad: Quite often thats all it takes to resolve this problem and its quick to give it a try and either be done and good to go, or move on to the next possible fix. Open the Multitasking Bar and manually close the troublesome app. Double-press the home button to bring up the Multitasking Bar, which shows all recently opened apps. Tap and hold on any of the icons in the bar until you see the icons start to wiggle. Then tap the little red minus sign on the icon for the problem app. Delete and reinstall the app from the App Store. This is particularly appropriate if the problem has occurred right after you have installed the problematic app. This is another quick thing to try, at least with most apps it will not be so quick with apps that have huge file sizes .
Other repairs such as microphones, speakers, wafers etc are available upon request. They also stock a range of covers, cases and accessories for tablet and smart phones. For corporate clients they will pick up in the afternoon and drop back the next morning.

Given our current mobile phones are not as robust as the old Nokia days, there has been the occasional damaged staff iPhone that needs repair. The Directors are willing to pay 50% of the repair costs - as per the prices of CKR Technologies above. If there is any other damage we would have to get a new quote, and treat it on a case by case basis. iOS7 Wallpapers
In the next few months we will be asked to update our iPhone's and IPads with a new operating system. It has a whole new look designed by Steve's Job prodigy, Jony Ive. For now though, that doesn't stop us from enjoying the new wallpapers that have been leaked ahead of time to install on your current phones. Obviously without iOS 7 you wont be able to get the animated wallpapers, but you can get a static image of them and they still look pretty nice. Try this one:
