The Service System For Individuals With Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) Has Changed Adults (21+) will continue to receive services from Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). To receive services, all individuals must now be eligible for Medicaid. Children (Birth-20) will now receive services from the Department of Children & Families (DCF). Learn how this re-organization of state agencies will affect the services you will receive and how they will be delivered. Regional Family Support Planning Council #5 serves Middlesex, Mercer & Hunterdon Counties and is an initiative of the New Jersey Council on Developmental Disabilities (www.njcdd.org). We are a group of volunteer family members who host public events to obtain input about family support services provided by the Division of Developmental Disabilities and The Department of Children and Families.
