The Service System For Individuals With Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) Has Changed Adults (21+) will continue to receive services from Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). To receive services, all individuals must now be eligible for Medicaid. Children (Birth-20) will now receive services from the Department of Children & Families (DCF). Learn how this re-organization of state agencies will affect the services you will receive and how they will be delivered.
