Thc n c acid bo thit yu

DHA (Docosaheaenoic acid) v ARA (Arachidonic acid) l nhng thnh phn acid bo thit yu c nhiu trong du thc vt, du c, du u nnh v l thnh phn quan trng ca mng t bo, no v vng mc. y l nhng acid bo rt cn thit cho sc khe con ngi, c bit l ngi gi v tr em. Thc phm phng chng to bn
