    On October 1, 2013, the Northampton Ad Hoc Roundhouse Lot Development Advisory Committee hosted a public forum led by the City's predevelopment consultant Tim Love, AIA, LEED AP of the Boston-based architecture and urban design firm, Utile, Inc.. Mr. Love presented a power point presentation of his preliminary analysis and findings for the parcel, which the City Council declared surplus in 2005 and authorized the Mayor to sell. The purpose of the forum was to seek public input and ideas about potential development of the roundhouse lot parcel. The Ad Hoc Committee is charged with making recommendations to the Mayor.
