CC THNG TIN CN BIT V LY MU NC XT NGHIM : A- Yu cu chung : ty thuc vo loi nc, xt nghim lnh vc ha hay vi sinh m s dng dng c, bnh

cha mu thch hp v mang tnh i din. A.1- Xt nghim l ha : Bnh cha mu phi tht sch: nha, thy tinh... Dng c ly mu: quang ly mu... Bnh bo qun mu : dng cha cc mu sau khi ly xong, bo qun bng .... Dung tch mu cn ly : + Nc my, sinh hot : 3-4 lt . + Nc ung ng chai : 3-4 chai. + Nc thi : 3-5 lt. A.2- Xt nghim vi sinh : Chai v trng c th tch cha mu xt nghim Bnh cn, kp, bng gc. Thng cha mu ( c bo qun). Nc my, sinh hot, nc ung ng chai: 2-3 lt. Nc thi : 1-2 lt. A.3- Xt nghim l ha, vi sinh : Nc my, sinh hot , nc ung ng chai: 7-8 lt Nc thi : 5-6 lt. Ghi ch: Nu khch hng thc hin thm cc ch tiu thuc bo v thc vt, hoc nhng ch tiu l ha, vi sinh c bn bi hp ng ph bn ngoi, bit thm thng tin c th xin lin h b phn nhn mu. B- K thut ly mu : B.1.- L ha : B.1.1- Nc ngm , nc my: Nc my, nc ngm qua ng lc : X vi nc tht k trong mt thi gian y ht lng nc c, m bo nc mi vo l c rt trc tip t tng ngm nc (Khong 5-10 pht) Ly trc tip t ging : dng quang ly mu th xung ging su gia lng ging ch y thit b ri ko ln v chuyn vo bnh cha..

X nc khong 2-3 pht cho ht nc c trong ng ly mu ri mi ly mu nc mi vo bnh ng mu, ly th tch cn dng theo quy nh . Ti nh my x l nc: mu cn c ly t ng vo v ng ra ca nh my v cng gn nh my (trm) cng tt. Vi nc ca ngi dng : x vi nc vi pht ( 2-3 pht) trc khi ly mu vo bnh cha.

B.2- K thut ly mu vi sinh: (Ch p dng cho cc c quan qun l nh nc) B.2.1- Ti vi nc : Khi ly mu ti vi nc, thi gian x nc ph thuc vo mc ch ly mu, thng x trc 2-3 pht (i vi mu ly xt nghim vi sinh) . Sau khi x nc, cn kh trng vi nc- dng la vi vi kim loi, dung dch chlor vi vi bng cht do. Cc b phn ghp ni vo cn c ly ra trc khi x v ly mu trnh nhim bn. Ly mu xong, cn y kn bnh cha mu. Lu : Cc bnh cha mu phi c kh trng trc (tt nht dng bnh thy tinh kh trng 120OC trong 20 pht). B.2.2- Bo qun mu : Sau khi ly, mu cn bo qun nhit 2OC5OC, thi gian chuyn n phng th nghim ti a 8 gi. Lu : Mu cn c b sung Sodium thiosulfate (Na2S2O3) ng n cn tc dng dit vi khun ca Clor d trong qu trnh vn chuyn mu theo t l 0,1 ml Na2S2O3 3% s dng cho 120 ml mu (Vi mu c hm lng Clor d <5 mg/l ) C- Xt nghim cc ch tiu o ti ch : Theo yu cu ca khch hng, xt nghim cc ch tiu ti ch, ghi vo bin bn . D- Nim phong mu ( nu c) : Sau khi ly mu, o mu ti ch (nu c), tin hnh nim phong mu c ch k ca 2 bn ( i din ly mu v bn yu cu). E- Lp bin bn (nu c) : Nhn vin ly mu lp bin bn ly mu theo biu mu, ghi r iu kin, thi gian, a im, ch tiu o... vo bin bn, c ch k ca 2 bn i din . F- Chuyn mu v phng nhn mu thc hin th tc xt nghim mu cng sm cng tt.
