Pierre Chareau
Pierre Chareau (4 August 1883 24 August 1950) was a French architect and designer.

Early life
Chareau was born in Le Havre, France. He went to the cole nationale suprieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris by the time he was 17.

Work
Chareau is credited for building the first house in France made of steel and glass, the Maison de Verre.Wikipedia:Link rot His designs were noted for their complex nature. Chareau was a member of Congrs International d'Architecture Moderne.
