1. Check the control fuse of the ATS circuits. 2. Check the time settings on the timers. 3. Check the selector switch position. 4. Check the Phase failure relay control fuses. 5. Check the ON/OFF push buttons conditions. 6. Check the breaker accessories like motor operator, closing coil & opening coils conditions. 7. Check the electrical inter lock circuits related to this MDB panel.
