MR/PR INLET FILTER HOUSE REPORT

On August 24 COLP/WG did a visual inspection in the Inlet Filter House to verify the actual status and decide the change or not of the elements during the HGPI outage.

RECOMEDATIONS
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. It wasnt possible inspect the pre-filters when the Unit is running. However seeing the state conditions of the filters can be concluded that these are same or worst than the filters. Should be checked the following systems: The Pneutatic System. The Electric System. The Clean Air System. After having performed the visual inspection, WG recommends changing: Pre-Filters and Filters in both MR/PR Units. Follow up the Nuovo Pignone Instruction Manual (SOM6667088/4) from the Filter Element Replacement and Operation and Maintenance Manual from Donaldson(D-FOG2SG-AE21264-01). Verify the integrity and correct functionality of the Pneumatic Solenoid Valves. It has been notice in the MR train a sticking of the solenoid Valves.
