Archi Murukku

Prep Less than half hour | Cook Less than half hour

Ingredients

400g corn flour 200g plain flour 2 eggs 1 cup sugar A pinch of salt 250ml thick coconut milk Enough oil to deep fry Star or flower metal dipper

Method

Mix sugar,egg and coconut milk. Stir till sugar melts. Stir in flour and salt. Heat oil. Then put the metal dipper into the oil. Remove the dipper from hot oil. Dip into the batter, then back into the oil. While frying slowly shake the dipper to bring down the shaped muruku. Remove it when it is golden brown.
