does accidents happen and how to prevent them? How can HAZOP help prevent accidents? How to use HAZOP methodology to manage risk and improve operability so as to drive bottom line performance? How does the HAZOP technique complements and extends existing design practices? What is the fundamentals of HAZOP study principles What is the various roles in a HAZOP study team and how do they function? What is the common process control strategy and the layer s of protection needed in plant operation? How to improve HAZOP effectiveness? How to effectively facilitate a HAZOP (recognise barriers, ensure flow, manage dynamic)? How to document results and track close-out?
