There was great balance in internal and external/related learning in the meeting.
Follow up by sharing a list of all schools, the initiatives they are engaged in, and contact information for iZone staff who partner with these schools. The iLearnNYC handouts were helpfulcan we include them in an on-boarding handbook? I wish there was more time for Q&A during the Share piece. Id like one more round of Table Chats so we can spend more time sharing.
We should do more work like the Human-Centered Design course because it bridges the gap between all three divisions. I would like to collaborate on iZone-specific workmaybe work through a problem/project together? Assign us to work in teams on a project to ensure crossiZone collaboration.
Share survey results in the iX Newsletter. Provide an collaborative authentic task at the next All-Team meeting. Continue using Table Chats or Open Space protocol to facilitate cross-iZone sharing. Leave time in agenda for participants to take feedback survey (digitally or on paper) during the meeting to reach goal of 100% survey completion.
