Problems:- Employees still complain about the lack of information
within the company:
+ the head office is in Rosario, Argentina but the
main markets are in North America, Europe and
Far East so the communication within the
company is vital and also difficult.
+ the employees are not well-informed of what is
happening in the company in general.
-The magazine problems.
+ The magazine is too glossy.
+ The information is out of date and not informative.
