Though there have been some ‘hiccups’, as would be expected on regeneration work of this scale, | have been kept informed and up-to-date. | would particularly like to mention ‘Dave’, who was very good at communicating, his skills in this area have also been commented on by other neighbours. Often it does just take a few words of reassurance to offset worries and concerns when things aren't going ‘exactly to plan’. Furthermore, due to some errors in the preparation of my window frames and the inconvenience this caused, the Hobson and Porter team went ‘above and beyond! to rectify this, by replacing the original pelmets and curtain rails.
