Further to our telephone conversation this morning 26" September 2002 | hereby
‘write to confirm that the above builder has successfully and satisfactorily completed
all 3 phases of the Association's redevelopment of the Gipsyville Community
Regeneration Project. This involved the completion of 61 New Build Lifetime
Homes and Wheelchair Bungalows in Partnership with Kingston upon Hull City
Council.
Hobson and Porter has set a yardstick in quality and performance throughout the
redevelopment, which has been used to measure other builders currently working
on the Association's ADP programme, Overall we will consider using them on future
new initiatives under a Partnering Agreement with Kingston upon Hull City Council
and similar area of Gpeyations:
