I understand your frustration, I had the same issue. What I found is that th e Catia v5 software is not as accurate as the Ansys software. The Catia leaves a lot of open geometry at a small scale. What I did to correct the problem was to import the Catia model into Ansys Design Modeler, and the heal it before bringi

By using the Cadnexus tool you can import in ANSYS workbench your Cat ia model perfectly, WITH all the parameters you may have in CATIA. This plug-in also works bi-directional, meaning that if a value of a parameter is changed in ANSYS , it will directly update your CATPart or CATProduct. I'm using it for 3 y ears now and it's perfect especially for an optimization process.
