The make-up of matter does matter!

I claim that matter is everywhere and in everything. First of all, if there was no matter, we would not be alive. Also, you cannot or create or destroy matter. Matter can take on the form of solids, liquids, or gasses, and also non-Newtonian liquid. Secondly, the matter states can be transferred from one to the other. Also, matter can be microscopic or giant. There is regular matter and dark matter. Dark matter is in black holes. In conclusion, matter is everywhere.!

The pH chart helped us nd out the pH level of different substances. The pH 14 is the most dangerous. We discovered that one you mix baking soda and coffee you end up with a pH of 14. Some substance's pH levels are effected more than others. When we mixed baking soda and h20, the pH level was eight. When Jada went to the ocean the salt water got in her eyes and and her eyes turned red and felt like they were burning. Her tears are going to be a pH level of six, and the salt water would be somewhere in between eight and ten. When you are swimming and you get pool water in your mouth, your rst reaction is to spit it out. Chlorine water has a pH level of seven point ve and it is not good for your body. We mixed no iodine salt and baking soda and it became a pH of twelve. When you mix two substances with the same pH level it will stay the same. Your saliva in your throat has a pH of ve to six. When you drink a different substance it temporarily changes your pH. When you drink soda your saliva turns to a pH of 4.5. When you throw up your pH level is temporarily changed to one, and that's why it hurts your throat. When we were doing the pH tests, all of the sodas had citric acid in them and were all a pH level of four. When we did the pH test, the lemon juice was three. Vinegar has a pH of two. I researched pearls and how they were made, and the oysters get an irritant stuck under their layers of shell and it starts creating a protective layer that makes a pearl. In conclusion, there are many different pH levels. ! How does temperature change? I claim when we put the vinegar in in the steel wool the temperature rose. My furnace turns on and heats up the house because of wood, oil, natural gas, geothermal, biomass, or solar energy. When your body digests it creates heat. Your heart pumping action creates heat. When your car engine

starts up and it mixes with gasoline it creates heat. In conclusion heat is created in different ways. ! I claim that magnetic elds pull and push each other and attracts certain metals such as iron. You cannot always see magnetic elds such as black holes in space. Positives do not attract another positive, but it will attract a negative. Magnetic elds can be as small as an atom or as big as a star. We do not know everything about magnetic elds. ! Borlaug, Mendeleev, and Marie Curie were great scientists. Borlaug and his scientists spent almost twenty years in Mexico to create a wheat with a high protein content that would help keep people from starving. Dmitri Mendeleev was the scientist to create the rst periodic table. Marie Curie discovered radioactivity. She also discovered the elements radium and polonium. In conclusion, these scientists discovered many things. The periodic table shows many of the elements. Mendeleev was the rst person to create the periodic table. They are ordered by the number of protons. They are grouped by noble gases, halogens, metalloids, alkali metals, and more. All in all, the periodic table is not nished. There are still elements to be discovered and created.
