Your K2
1. Can you tell us what is your current K2? We would like you to tell us about your objective and the what motivates you to face it.
!

! !

From Streets to Stadiums a Long Term Sport Development Plan is my current K2. My vision is to create a pre-eminent educational community of globally minded learners and leaders through sport. My objective is to challenge and inspire athletes to love learning and to shape a better world.
! ! !

2. Reflection how you have prepared this challenge, what steps you have taken and what would make you abandon it.
! ! Group forums encouraged stakeholders to identify a focus. We co-construct LTAD plans through 4 corners of sport. Lack of coach development and resources at all stages of age and ability would inhibit the sustainability of this project. !

Leadership Style
3. We are all know alls and learners to a certain extent. What currently predominates in you? Do you think that you are an objective person? Do you admit that your opinions are only opinions? Try to describe a situation that gives us an example of this.
!

My experience and depth of knowledge has provided a balance between knowing and learning. This resonates with current colleagues who are international educators in sport. Best practice is often evaluated amongst leaders and I am learning to consider the opinions of others as well as reflect upon my own.
!

4. Do you tend to see yourself as a protagonist or a victim of circumstance? Think of a recent situation?
!

!
I am a protagonist leading a group of coaches and international teachers to implement a sport development initiative. I instigated the implementation of local and national leagues amongst our new global education city through partnerships and liaison with local businesses.

6. When you make a mistake do you take a long time to admit it? Are you someone who learns from their mistakes?
