CIRCULAR
The following amendments in connection with Ph.D./M.S. (By Research) Programme shall take effect from 01.05.2012. The Research Supervisors and Joint Supervisors (if any) of Ph.D./MS.(By Research) scholars can also claim sitting fee and conveyance (if applicable) on par with other DC/MC members. The Research Supervisors and Joint Supervisors (if any) of Ph.D./M.S.(By Research) scholars can also claim sitting fee of Rs.1500/- for Ph.D. and Rs.1000/- for M.S.(By Research) and conveyance (if applicable) for Viva Voce Examination on par with the Subject Expert of the Oral Board. The scholars who have not paid the semester fee within the scheduled date, the late (penalty) fee has been revised as detailed below with effect from July 2012 session. 1. 2. Late Fee (Fee paid after schedule date - up to 2 weeks) - Rs.500/Re-registration Fee (Fee paid after late fee schedule) - Rs.1500/- (Including late fee)

Oral Examination Board members can also avail First A/C train fare plus conveyance of Rs.500 only (Original ticket duly certified by the Supervisor shall be enclosed) for attending VIVA-VOCE Examination of Ph.D./M.S.(By Research) programmes.
