    ViBha-IAPT-Anveshika science club brochure. Anveshika is an Indian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT) initiative to create centers across India where student and teachers can learn experiment-based physics and try out their own ideas. Till date, there are 19 Anveshikas established under National Anveshika Network of India (NANI) initiative. These centers are located at different places within the country. The Science Club is a platform where students, teachers, and resource persons from nearby areas can discuss, design, and/or do experiments of their interest. This activity is planned on every Sunday for a period of three hour. At the end of every meeting, the topic of discussion/experiment will be decided for the next meeting. The students/teachers are encouraged to try experiments at home and come up with new experiments/ideas. The objective of Science Club is to share knowledge and slowly create scientific culture among members.

Facilities The ViBha-IAPT-Anveshika infrastructure has basic elements to design and do physics experiments for class VI to XII. The infrastructure is continuously augmented. Facilities includes a number of ready to use experiments on mechanics, optics, electricity, magnetism, heat, sound etc, raw material and tools for making your own experiments/ projects. Eligibility Science Club is open to all students, parents, teachers, otherprofessionals etc. However, children below class VI are not recommended. Contribution Minimum contribution is Rs 200/- per month. Interested individuals are welcome for inaugral event on March 30, 2014 (Sun) at 9:00AM.
