Chui chng trnh TOPTALK ca IPL l ni cc bn tr c c hi c gp g, i thoi v tr chuyn vi cc nhn vt l cc nh lnh o, hc gi, chuyn gia hng u v nhng ngi dn u ca nhiu lnh vc khc nhau. IPL TOPTALK cn l ni mi ngi c th tm thy c hi c truyn ngh, truyn la, c chia s nhng bi hc v kinh nghim qu gi t ngi thnh cng vt tri i trc t c th c kt v tm thy con ng ring cho mnh.
