Nearly 70 years afer the end of World War II, awareness of the Holocaust is alarmingly low

in many parts of the world. Even more disturbing is the percentage of people who have heard
of the Holocaust but think it is either a myth or that the number of Jews who died has been
greatly exaggerated.
Anecdotal information can be instructive, but is clearly insufcient. The only way to really
