REF: Interior remodeling to existing residence

Dear Alfredo:

It is my pleasure to submit herein this Proposal for the above Project as agreed.
The "Scope of Work" will be to code the remodeling
as discussed with you at the residence.
This Proposal includes Architectural ,Structural and Enginnering Fees, as
follows:

1. Architectural set: Including Existing & demolition First & Second Floor Plan,
Proposed First & Second Floor Plan & Details.

2. Electrical Drawings: Including Plans , Panels, Calculations.

3. Mechanical Drawings: Including Plans (design second floor), Energy

calculation (total residence) & Details.

4. Plumbing Drawings: Including Plans, Calcul. & Details.

5. Structural Drawings: Including PLans, calculations new elements to be

replaced (floor & roof) & Details
The Architectural & Engineering fee for the above work, no including Plan
Processing with the City .
Will be a total of $5,000 (five thousand dollars 00/100)

This amount shall be paid as follows:

a. Retainer................................................................. $2500

b. When I give you the finished plans...................... $2000

c. With city Approval................................................. $500

Not included in the proposal are:

Survey, Plans processing, any permit or any other fee.(permit, impact fees by
owner), civil dwgs, landscape dwgs, lab reports, etc.
An updated tree and elevation survey will be required from the owner.
No included pool design. (only arquitectural proposed in site plan)

At the completion of the work the Architect will provide the client with 2 full set of
copies for submittal to city.

This work shall take approximately 3 week after your approval of the preliminary
drawings and depending on the availability of the
information provided by the owner.
