1.1 Nhin liu lng dng trong ng c t trong
Khi tinh luyn du m hoc tng hp nhin liu th kh hay nhin liu rn
ta thu c xng, du ho, du diesel v du my. Trong s xng v du
diesel c s dng lm nhin liu cho ng c t trong.
1.1.1 Du diesel
Du diesel l loi nhin liu nng vi = 0,8- 0,95 g/cm3 c tnh t chy cao
(khng cn ngun la bn ngoi).
1.1.1.1 Thnh phn chnh
Du diesel c tnh t chy cao v trong thnh phn ca n c nhiu
ccbuahydr no CnH2n+2 dng mch thng nn d b phn hu nhit cao
trong phn ng xy ho to nhit, v d xtan C16H34 (hnh 1-1).

Xtan C16H34 l mt cacbuahydr no, dng mch thng c tnh t chy cao.
Cn - mtylnaphtalin C11H10 l mt cacbuahydr c dng mch vng (hnh 1-2),
c kt cu phn t rt bn vng, do tnh t chy rt km. nh gi tnh
t chy ca du diesel, ngi ta s dng mt thng s gi l s xtan (Xe). xc
nh s Xe ca mt loi du diesel, trn mt ng c th nghim c bit c
th thay i c t s nn, theo mt qui trnh nht nh, ngi ta th nghim
ng c vi du diesel ny. Sau , ngi ta tin hnh th nghim tng t vi
nhin liu l mt hn hp gm xtan (C 16H34) v - mtylnaphtalin gi l nhin liu
so snh. Thnh phn xtan trong hn hp so snh c iu chnh cho n khi
tnh t chy ca hai loi nhin liu th nghim l tng ng. Khi , thnh phn
xtan tnh theo % trong hn hp so snh c coi l s Xe cn xc nh ca du
diesel.

1.3.1 Qu trnh np
Qu trnh np c tin hnh ch yu do piston khi
chuyn ng t im cht trn n im cht di to ra s
chnh p, do mi cht c ht vo xy lanh. Kh np mi
ca ng c xng ni chung (tr loi ng c phun xng trc
tip vo bung chy) l hn hp ca xng v khng kh cn
ca ng c diesel v ng c phun xng trc tip l khng
kh.
Trong thc t, qu trnh np bt u ti im d1 (hnh
1-5,a) tng ng vi v tr gc 1 (hnh 1-5,b) trc im cht
trn, xu pp np m. Gc 1 c gi l gc m sm xu pp np.
Sau khi n im cht trn, piston bt u i xung, p
sut trong xy lanh gim dn. T thi im p sut trong xy
lanh bng p sut trn ng ng np pk tr i cho n khi
piston ti im cht di ti im a, kh np mi c ht vo
trong xy lanh. M sm xu pp np nhm mc ch, khi kh
np mi thc s i vo xy lanh th din tch thng qua ca
xu pp np kh ln nn sc cn kh ng nh, do np
c nhiu kh np mi.

hn hp chy rt nhanh sau thi gian chy tr. V th chu trnh lm vic ca
ng c xng gn vi chu trnh cp nhit ng p, hnh 1-6,b.
Tuy nhin c hai loi ng c, sau khi chy phn ln hn hp, qu trnh chy
cn tip tc vi tc chy nh ko di trn ng gin n do chy nt phn hn

Tip theo qu trnh chy l qu trnh gin n sinh cng (t im z n im
b', hnh 1-5,a). Thc ra u qu trnh gin n cn c qu trnh cp nhit do chy
rt. Mt khc cn c hin tng trao i nhit gia mi cht vi thnh vch cc chi
tit. V vy qu trnh gin n l mt qu trnh nhit ng phc tp. Tng t nh
qu trnh nn, ngi ta coi gn ng y l mt qu trnh a bin vi ch s
gin n a bin n2.
1.3.4 Qu trnh thi
Cui qu trnh gin n, xu pp thi c m ti im b , (hnh
1-5,a) tng ng vi gc 3 (hnh 1-5,b) trc im cht di nhm
li dng chnh p trong xy lanh vi ng thi thi t do mt lng
ng k kh chy. Gc 3 c gi l gc m sm xu pp thi.
Tip theo, do piston i ln, kh chy c thi cng bc qua xu pp
thi ra ngoi. Do tn tht kh ng khi qua xu pp thi, p sut
trong xy lanh trong qu trnh thi cao hn so vi p sut trn ng
thi pt. Nu p sut pt cng cao, cng bm trong qu trnh thi
cng ln, mt khc kh st cng nhiu, lm bn mi cht cng
tc ca chu trnh tip theo. V vy ngi ta c gng tm cc
bin php gim pt nh chn gc m sm xu pp thi v thit k ng thi hp l. Nhm li dng qun tnh ca dng kh thi
thi sch thm, cui qu trnh thi, xu pp thi khng ng ti
im cht trn m ng ti im r' (hnh 1-5,a) sau im cht
trn tng ng vi gc 4 (hnh 1-5,b) tc l u qu trnh np
ca chu trnh tip theo.
Nh vy cui qu trnh thi v u qu trnh np, c hai xu pp np v thi u
m trong khong 1 + 4 - gi l gc trng ip (hnh 1-5,b). Do chnh p nh v
tit din thng qua ca xu pp np cn rt nh nn lng kh thi lt vo ng np
khng ng k.
Tm li, mt chu trnh lm vic ca ng c 4 k tng ng vi 4 hnh trnh
ca piston gm c cc qu trnh xt trn. thi sch v np y, phi la
chn cc gc m sm, ng mun ca cc xu pp - cn gi l pha phi kh- hp l.

Piston quay nn cn bng d dng bng i trng. V th, tc vng
quay ng c c th rt cao.
Cht lng np-thi cao v dng ca np -thi (khng phi dng xu pp) nn
tit din lu thng ln.

trn cho b cht nn c th rt ngn chiu di ca b tng chiu

ghp ny. Tuy nhin, mt phng chu lc ca cht piston khng thay
i nn tnh chu mi ca cht km.

a. Vai tr
Nh trnh by phn u piston, xc mng kh lm nhim v bao kn
trnh lt kh, cn xc mng du ngn du bi trn t hp trc khuu sc ln
bung chy.
b. iu kin lm vic
Cng nh piston, xc mng chu ti trng c hc ln, nht l xc mng u
tin. C th l p sut ca kh chy rt ln nh trnh by phn iu kin lm

c. Vt liu ch to
Mt yu cu rt quan trng i vi vt liu ch to xc mng l phi bo m
n hi nhit cao v chu mn tt. Hu ht xc mng c ch to
bng gang xm pha hp kim. V xc mng u tin chu iu kin lm vic
khc nghit nht nn mt s ng c xc mng kh u tin c m crm xp
c chiu dy 0,03-0,06 c th tng tui th ca xc mng ny ln 3 n 3,5 ln.
d. Kt cu
Xc mng kh: V i th, xc mng c kt cu n gin l mt vng h
ming (hnh 2-14,a). Kt cu ca xc mng kh c c trng bng kt cu
ca tit din v ming xc mng.
Loi tit din ch nht (hnh 2-14,b) c kt cu n gin nht, d ch
to, nhng p sut ring khng ln, thi gian r kht vi xy lanh sau khi lp
rp lu. Loi c mt cn = 15-30' (hnh 2-14,c) c p sut tip xc ln v
c th r kht nhanh chng vi xy lanh, tuy nhin ch to phin phc v
phi nh du khi lp sao cho khi xc mng i xung s c tc dng nh
mt li co gt du. c c u im trn m trnh phi nhng iu

Trc khuu treo, hnh 3-5,a. Hp trc khuu chia lm hai na, na di l cc

Theo tnh trng chu lc kh th, ngi ta cn phn bit thn my theo cc
dng sau:
Thn xy lanh hay xy lanh chu lc, hnh 3-2,a v 3-4,a (xy lanh lin vi
thn my). Lc kh th tc dng ln np xy lanh, qua gu ging np my
truyn xung thn xy lanh.
V thn chu lc, hnh 3-2,b (xy lanh lm di dng ng lt ri lp vo
thn my). Lc kh th truyn qua gu ging xung v thn, xy lanh hon
ton khng chu lc kh th.

Tuy nhin, i vi ng c lm mt bng nc, hnh 3-6,a, do kt cu hp
kn nn kh c. Ngoi ra ton b thn my u dng vt liu tt nh xy
lanh nn lng ph vt liu. Loi thn my ny c dng ch yu trong ng

Lt xy lanh kh: (hnh 3-6, b), lt xy lanh bng vt liu cht lng cao c p
vo l xy lanh. Sau khi p c g nh ln khi lp vi m np my s
kn kht hn. Phng php ny khng lng ph vt liu, thn my c

n. Tuy nhin c nhc im: sc bn c v nhit thp so vi gang.
Np xy lanh ng c lm mt bng gi hp kim nhm c hoc dp (ng c my
bay).
