Bircher Benner

Breakfast Muesli :
One tablespoon of rolled oats to 3 of water
Soak overnight
Grate an apple, and add with lemon juice and a
teaspoon of condensed milk
Add cinnamon or nutmeg etc
EAT !

For lunch have a light meal of fruit and green wrap
"sandwich" etc
Supper have a larger salad and protein/egg/meat/fish
etc
FOR OBESITY, AND DIABETES, DR BIRCHER
BENNER USED THIS RECIPE.
