BASIC AWARENESS AND APTITUDE ON RESEARCH
(50 MARKS)

process.

b) Selection of the problem: Source, Criteria
c) Reviewing Related Literature: Epistemological Aspects, Past
Researches

d) Quantitative & Qualitative Research: Meaning, Difference,
Characteristics, Steps of the Process.

e) Methodology: Variables, Hypothesis, Tool, Sample, Methods
(Survey, Case study & experimental)

f) Treatment of Data

g) Deriving Conclusions

h) Report Writing.



Note: In all there will be one hundred questions of one mark each and
duration of the examination will be of one and half hours. The Entrance
Examination for Ph.D is computer based.
