(Before occupancy you can ask for Completion certificate issued by GDA which can resolve most of your major
worries and risks about legality of building ownership title, construction & development as per approved plan,
structural safety measures, etc. You have the right to ask for the original copy of Completion Certificate issued
by GDA)
