WEAKNESSES


I pictured out myself as a result oriented leader. I wanted things to be done
correctly. But because of that, sometimes I become aggressive and easy to anger
wanting things to be done according to what I planned. And because of that, strife
among my people arises inevitably. I remembered the day when we are making our
thesis, where I exploded to anger when one of my team members forgot to do the
task I assigned to her. Many of them condemned the things that I did and because
of that misunderstanding among us ensued. In the end, we resolved the conflict
without bitterness because of calmly discussing the matter. By understanding what
personality should a leader have, I realized the things that I should change and
things that I should enhance. Now I picture myself as a leader that prioritizes goal
not at the expense of my members. I should be calm and reserve with my feelings.
Having self control is very important in leadership because it regulates
unnecessary emotions that could deteriorate relationship among members. I
picture myself as a leader that decides his actions according to Gods will.
