Subject: APPROVAL FOR PURCHASE OF NEW BATTERY


With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that our office UPS battery
is useless and not provide backup in load shedding of electricity. Due to worst and unscheduled
electricity load shedding to our area, our office Computer system is adversely in danger of
Programmed Corruption and loss of data. Hence we are in desire need of Battery enabling us to
properly shutdown of our PC in the circumstances. We purchase last battery for UPS on 13-06-
2011 which already passed 1.5 year, usually battery life is almost one year but now our current
battery is totally out of order. So please kindly approve for purchase of new battery on argent
basis because these days are yearly closing work days. Three quotations attached herewith.
