Effect of heat treatment on ac and dc magnetic properties of

high permeability soft magnetic alloys 1J85

Abstract
The influence law of heat treatment process parameters to the AC/DC magnetic properties of high permeability soft
magnetic alloys 1J85 was studied. Experimental results showed that the influence laws on AC /DC magnetic
properties were consistent during the cooling speed and cooling inflection point temperature changed. By changing
the annealing temperature, the impacts were opposite. When the annealing temperature increased, the grains growth,
the initial permeability increased and coercive force reduced, elastic permeability and impedance permeability
Z reduced, and the loss P0.5/400 increased.
