Professional Profile
I am a recent Florida State University Masters graduate in Instructional systems with a
certificate in Online and Distance Learning and one in Human Performance Technologies.
With this degree I am capable of designing instruction and training materials based on
people or organizational needs. My goal is to extend my experiences to online educational
settings by applying my knowledge of Psychology and Instructional Design.
Strong foundation in Instructional Design, utilizing the ADDIE model to analyze
and implement solutions.

The club raised over $1,000 for charities, accumulated over 500 hours of
community service at homeless shelters, children hospital, and Autism Walks. We
raised awareness of mental health disorders on campus and presented a career
panel event for students interested in psychology careers.

Tutor/Caregiver for Spectrum Life Care Services 2007
Provided care, assisted with learning, homework, and self-care training to a nine
year-old boy with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Implemented Applied Behavior
Analysis in order to promote desirable behavior and reduce the occurrence of
troubling behavior.
